  • Grass fed Exmoor lamb cutlets and chops. Both can grilled, pan fried or BBQed to produce meat that is tender and full of flavour, perfect with mint sauce. If you have time, marinades add to the feast, try olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, rosemary and salt and pepper.
